The Betas come in two distinctive sizes to cater to climbers of all backgrounds and preferences. Each is purposefully designed to offer a rigorous training experience, with the challenge level determined largely by the weight you lift. Here’s a breakdown to help you choose which size best meets your needs:
1. The Foundation - 2.5 inches (6.35 cm)
- Ideal For Most Climbers: Whether you're a novice or an intermediate climber, the Foundation offers a balanced grip width that is both comfortable and effective for enhancing grip strength.

- Recommendation: If you're unsure which size to opt for, we generally recommend the Foundation. It's designed to be universally adaptable and will likely suit the widest range of hand sizes and climbing experiences.

Remember: The challenge level of both the Foundation and Summit is majorly dependent on the weight you're lifting. While both variants of The Betas are designed to provide challenging workouts, we encourage most climbers, especially those new to grip-specific training or those with average hand sizes, to start with the Foundation. It's an excellent platform to build foundational grip strength that's integral to climbing success. As you progress and desire a heightened challenge or if you naturally have a larger hand span, the Summit awaits.
